Blue Gemstones

The colour ‘blue’ is first and foremost associated with calmness and tranquillity. This colour brings a relaxing atmosphere and allows both body and mind to regain their composure.

A blue gemstone can be used to find a resting point in a stressful situation, to slow down, turn into yourself and regain control of your breathing.

A blue gemstone can also bring a sense of peace and security for sleep problems and/or anxiety.

On a spiritual level, dark blue gemstones, such as Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite, are associated with the Sixth Chakra, namely the Forehead Chakra or also called ‘Third Eye’.
